Frogs have higher iq so they get the idea across via a double negative (much more elegant) instead requiring an extra word.

Having an actual word is cooler.

>> No.22970947

It's from the times of the early Frankish Empire when a Merowing king said that he was born cool, his guard replied that nobody is born cool, so the king said 'I am nobody', and the same time he demanded the words nobody and person to be termed the same by enforcement of the law, because every French person is cool, he said.

I can easily see it as the variable being transmuted to its generic type when there is no instance to fit a statement. There is never any risk of ambiguity anyway because of >>22971151 which puts the word in a different category, and you have the same semantic content with a single word. It is related to verbs being in negative form with it (Personne ne le fait and not Personne le fait, but Nobody does it) which bypasses any meta question on domains of validity.
If anything it would be very elegant to generalize this but here it only exists as a special case that arose spontaneously.

You mean "the day after"? Sound elegant enough desu

I know some slavic languages and it is somewhat "neater" from a technical perspective in that you just keep stacking "after-" prefix.
A day after tomorrow in russian is "пocлeзaвтpa". Three days from now in russian is "пocлeпocлeпocлeзaвтpa" where "пocлe" means "after" and "зaвтpa" means "tomorrow" (although people very rarely use this form (only when wanting to accentuate the period of time by contriving such a ridiculous form) and instead refer to such a day with some more convenient identifier)
