Books where the protagonist believes himself to be an agent of unbound, unrestricted free-will but is really just a computer mind who dreams and deludes itself that it was something more than an automaton? In addition, his friends and family are just reminders of itself talking to itself and in the real realm of itself, it is alone forever?
