Who are the best living poets in your opinion?

I know a lot of you are going to say “none” but there has to be some that are good.

I only really know British and Irish poetry, but Alice Oswald, John Burnside, Michael Longley, Gjertrud Schnackenburg, Fiona Benson, Toby Martinez de la Rivas, Sinead Morrissey & JH Prynne are all pretty good. Don't know about 'best', it's not the Olympics.

The person replying to you wasn't me. There are multiple writers with that name: you were looking at the wrong one; though there isn't much available online (most of his works are published by his own small press), I think one or two on archive.org.
