He keeps saying that the feminine is more powerful than the masculine. But what, operationally, is feminine power? What examples? Obviously the seductress and using feminine charm is the shadow side of the feminine but I cant find any 'positive' feminine.

It depends what you mean by 'conservative'
I think the way women do things is more horizontal but they are 'conservative' (i.e. neurotic and risk averse) because they just don't have the driving, direct, obsessive nature of the men who are outliers. Testosterone makes you hungry, horny and angry all the time. Estrogen has a subduing effect not too dissimilar from the "eunuch calm".
