Can I get some good story recommendations?
Going to read my 300th book and I want it to be a real great story, independent of prose, or storytelling skill. I guess I'm asking which of the sticky classics is a real good adventure? A satisfying plot.

I do the in a way, I write by impressions of a book in a journal after reading on occasion I do the same with films.

However, I started this recently I cannot remember the books I read as a child.

I don't understand how you are so certain this is book 300. When did you start listing books?

I'm not OP. For books where I cannot remember the exact date I finished them, I simply mark them as green (meaning "read"), as opposed to blue ("definitive reading"). Green books will have to be revisited down the line.
