Greetings /lit/, I come from /mu/. I was just wondering, do you guys have a book that all of you unanimously agree on? For example, pretty much all of /mu/ loves ITAOTS.

Just wondering because I really loved books as a kid, read lots of sci-fi (Asimov, Wells, Huxely, Herbert, Adams, etc.) and a little fantasy, and I wanted to take a break from listening to music 24/7 and get back into reading over spring break.

Any recs or an answer to the question would be great, I figure you guys have a p good taste in literature.

>tl;dr, does /lit/ have one universally loved book they could recommend me to get back into reading?

Thanks /lit/!

Why the fuck do /mu/tards always have to identify themselves as /mu/tards? Seriously, if you'd phrased your query like a non-autistic person I would have happily helped, but instead I'm just mad.

Try Dubliners by James Joyce. I think we can all agree on that being a good collection of short stories.

Kind of thought it was to explain why I posted the image. I could have equally posted starting strength and said I'm a /fit/izen though.
Sorry anon, I didn't know this offended people from other boards, good to keep in mind.

I haven't yet come across a person that dislikes Herman Hesse, either here or in real life.
