Hi /lit/,
I'm looking for novels similar to this one.
Thriller and crime stories in general.
Are there any books I should not miss? Im pretty new to this genre and definitely want to read more.

what does /lit/ think of Agatha Christie?

Some people like her, some people don't. Some haven't read her, and some are undecided

Does this novel do anything clever? Im reading it currently but its crawling forward rather slowly and seems to me that it can only go to 'Oh fuck nature turning on us' and then some kind of lame resolution

the end blew me away, but consider the fact that I was ~14 back then

The characters are rather one-sided and dull, but I really liked the story when I read it some years ago. Nice re-read value too.

just finished it a few weeks ago, I really dug the story and how neatly everything is explained. Don't expect to get entirely blown away by the ending, however it is really entertaining and thrilling to read.
