Our local news are full of "America is in the middle of a nonsensical ebola psicosis".

Don't tell anybody, but I'm writing a post apocalyptic novel where only basement dwellers survive, and where the normies who have contact to other normies die from some disease. After the purge the nerds leave the basement and fight for power mad max style.

As soon as there were American ebola patients, the US army remembered that it had an experimental serum it could use.
So I wouldn't worry.

I'm an Amerifat and I know of no such "psicosis". I suppose the news has spent a lot of time covering the two doctors being transported to Atlanta, but I can't blame them for wanting to talk about something other than Ukraine and Israel.

>> No.5245122

as we wander away from lit, i've gotta chime in and wonder why no terrorist who is willing to strap a bomb to himself has gotten himself sick with this and, well, gotten on a plane (why does it so often come back to airplanes?)
OP my book would be goodnight moon, maybe. never got to the end of that, always wondered what happened

Ebola is self limiting, basically it's too nasty by being too quick.

The west probably will suffer an outbreak of Ebola sometime soon, which will kill all of one high profile upper class twat, who will be immortalized through endless news coverage, and several dozen poor people of no account.

Meanwhile, billions are being spent to come up with a cure that might save a few dozen western lives, while doing nothing to address the fundamental causes of where and why the disease originates.

Meanwhile - mental health, gun violence, addiction, cancer, heart disease, auto accidents, suicide, basic health care availability ...
