Anyways, have any of you cunts read through The Ego and Its Own...I'm a few pages in (after tons of wikipedia study of Stirner). I still get caught by spooks in the moment, but eventually the warm wave of voluntary egoism washes back over me.

Do you find it similar to mindfulness in keeping that awareness about you?
