What other Serial Killers/Mass Murders wrote good books?

I know /lit/ has some obsession with Elliot Rodger, and I agree he's not the worst author, but what others are there?

listen, you may be a pleb and not understand that you don't have to like characters to like a book
or have to like the author to like a book
or have to like the prose, or plot to like a book
you may not understand that a demented mind can ejaculate a howl of protest onto the page
and that this howl can mean something outside of what he meant by it because he was too demented to realise the implications of his sad life and his true descent into madness put to page (whether connected to events or not)
but don't dismiss the inadvertent genius therein or those that recognize it
accept that people understand things on a different level than yourself
as i don't reflexively shit on finnegans wake, you should read and consider the sperg masterpiece, and if you don't get it, admit that it's beyond you, or at least read baudrillard, debord, tiqqun, etc, and reconsider
