Agree that capitalism is the cause for things like that and it's exactly because it encourages creativity. If everyone thinks they can create whatever they want, they will do it and they will be bad at it, because for most people art will never be a priority. In the past people knew that they couldn't just express what came to their mind and followed rules and tendencies set by the more dedicated ones.
