Crime and Punishment is a good introduction. Beyond that it doesn't matter too much, but I'd suggest saving TBK till you're more familiar with his work.

Order I read him in: Crime and Punishment, Notes from Underground, The Idiot, Demons, The Adolescent, Brothers Karamazov. During the whole thing read bits and pieces from A Writer's Diary.

Poor Folk and White Nights are also worth checking out.
