I didn't even know that Dubliners is short stories. I've only ever read A Portrait of the Artist and I enjoyed it, but I'd like to see his prose in a different form. I might pick this up on my next visit to the used book store.

Well I'm back. I finished ADWD about a week ago but life in these United States has been a bit tumultuous so I'm just now able to return to my loving flock.

If you're reading more than one book at the moment, what are you reading and what's your favorite? I'm reading a collection of Kafka short stories, a penguin Chinese history book, and White Noise by Delillo.

I like the Delillo. It's umm...dense, I guess, or not I mean why would I know but it's a functional density that stands under its own weight, y'know? It isn't cumbersome.

Final bumpy-boo before I piss off for several weeks so as to get maximum pleasure from a fantasy novel coming out soon. omg I hate to make D&E disappointed with me but I think one should never lie to the one he loves
