OP here (using a trip)

This book is a part of my 52 book challenge which I think I can't finish anymore. Reading "A portrait"... is really hard for me especially since English is not my first language and I'm not a reader.

Sometimes I just want to put it down and try another easier to read book.

I'm already halfway with "The Portrait..." so I listed it first.

>Did you not go to high school or did you just start it? Those are the only two possible explanations for you not already having read most of those books.

I'm already working dude. Done with college and high school. I don't live in the states and English is not our main language. We have English subjects but it only requires us to read one book per whole semester / term.
In comparison to my friends, I'm actually being called a reader even though I don't read much compared to you guys. It's just that no one reads books here anymore especially the classics.

>A possible third is that you went to a shitty high school that taught Bridge to Terabithia or some shit, but that's unlikely.
I kind of like the movie.

Should I include the Harry Potter series? Though I need to remove 7 books from the list.
My sister already has all the copies of HP so it could save me some money.
BTW, I'm no bookworm so this finishing this task will be an epic moment for me. Even making it past 20+ books this year is already an achievement.
