How do you get in the mood for reading?
I have to read The Passion by Jeanette Winterson and Madame Bovary, but it's Sunday night and I just don't feel like it.

I believe the razzies were about box office bombs, which Kubrick's film was. It finally found an audience on home video, something Kubrick praised for people being able to get the long lasting effect of film.

The novel explores more themes and has a really good backstory.
The film is absolutely amazing and I can see why King was pissed, but then again King film adaptations are often hit and miss, same thing with his novels.
I would not say one is better than the other though, especially because of the mediums. The Shining as a novel is not amazing, great, but not amazing. The film is fucking intense, deeply frightening and absolutely fucking incredible 30 years on

According to the test, I can do 264 in a minute :)
Feels better man.
I do know however that I often read faster on a screen than I do with paper, but I can't read ebooks, just doesn't feel good.

Sometimes I read it in an actor's voice that I could see playing a character in the novel. Sadly I've been reading Bovary in Roseanne Barr's voice

Use your capture in a sentence.
The vulture's aery was a standard affair for the hunter to see amongst the trees.

It's 6:53pm in Australia.
Just had my first week back at Uni.
Been enjoying it partially. I know next week is gonna be a bitch to slowly get into a routine.
I've got Madame Bovary, The Passion and a bunch of articles to read. Plus some stuff I have to write (and re-write).
I'm going out tomorrow night and am slowly contemplating if I should just run out randomly and see Inception for a fifth time....

Collegiate Chillest
A group of college friends, Rick, Miles, Sandra, Tila and Matt, get thrown out of their dorm the night they go on a huge drug bender, the night or whenever it takes place, will live in infamy as the greatest trip ever taken by the Collegiate Chillest.
