I just finished Darkly Dreaming Dexter and I have I liked the book ending better then the actual TV ending. Which do you like better /lit/ the book ending or season 1 ending?

I though the books was pretty good. I was surprised at the ending when Brain killed LaGaurta and then ran off. Also Debra knows Dexter is a sick fuck.
I liked who they made the Dark Passenger an actual person and Dexter was powered the moon.
