I too can relate to most of the people on this board. I have a couple online friends that I talk with once in a while but I haven't had any close IRL friends in three or so years.

I think the problem is, the kind of people I want to be friends with are the kind of people who post on this board. Except the kind of people who post on this board arent compatible with me. I think its really hard for introverts to get along.

And I convince myself that I'd be happier with friends, but whenever I go out to a party or hang out with other people Im just miserable.

So yeah, woe is me.

Doesn't matter much. No one will remember either in 20 years.

I think it's one of the best movies ever made. But Heart of Darkness and Aguirre: Wrath of God are both better.

But it is. It's the worst King book I've read. I'm amazed it got published given how poorly written and plotted it is.

The first book, at least, is horrifically bad. But most people seem to love it, so it's worth a try I guess.
