Is there a book about eloquence? Not neccesarly a self-help one, but a book about properly forming ideas before speaking.

I want to avoid talking using "like" all the time, similar to that tiktok girl webm.

Henlo 4chin /lit/,

Tl;DR:
Please, recommend me a book for that "internal spark of long term motivation"

I'm a former depressed lad, after 7~years I'm good now, but I'm lacking a sort of internal spark for purpouse, or long term motivation, you know, like the core that you always look to/remember yourself why you're striving in life

So, please, reccomend me a book for that "internal spark of long term motivation"

On this line I really appreciated mishima sun and steel, when I used to red (3-4 years ago) I red a lot of bukowski poems, italian romantic poetry, (Leopardi, Foscolo, Ungaretti) I enjoyed a lot mainlader philosophy of suicide, enjoyed Nietzsche Zarathustra, also loved Baricco's books if that's of any help regarding my tastes.

I like to read heavy-ish stuff, and I can read italian and english

also, if you have red anything that sparked the thing in you, please shill it to me

this is r9k tier cringe. I know you are suffering but this is not the place, you're not even coping; you're openly trying to garner feels: you're a man god damn it, be ashamed that you would ever want feels so much you want to garner them by being miserable.
Read sun and steel and at least and fight the world. That's the only way to throw off b8 tier shit like this.

He's smart but he thinks he's right all the time, so when he's wrong the ignorance is irritating.

I haven't found the point of being well read yet, it certainly doesn't make you smart. its just entertainment. You get to perfect the expression of the narrative in your mind, just like how symphony conductors can hear the "perfected" interpretation of the sheet music in their heads, but books don't neccesarily provide an accurate reflection of reality and a reader can be convinced than an inaccurate narritave is true if they don't have real world knowledge otherwise. I hear this in the way Steve talks. Too much time reading books alone, where their veracity can only be checked against knowledge you've collected in your mind, but never has the veracity of his mind, his senses, his sense of self been challenged.

TLDR: He ignores the fact that he doesn't know what he doesn't know

/lit/ is a slow board. The subjects of literature are quite infinite so it constantly attracts people from other boards, making dull requests, posting offtopic nonsense, etc.
This board is not exactly great, so I urge you to stop making things worse. There's a subpar moderation effort, so you are literally hunting in the zoo.
In between all the /pol/ or /leftypol/ baiting and shitposting, forcing memes will get you nowhere. You retards spam them for a few weeks or a month at most, get tired or banned and eventually leave. It takes an obscene amount of dedication for a meme to take root. The myriad of forgotten not-even-flavor-of-the-month memes shows your enterprise is doomed, e.g. catching nihilism, staring at a candle, AI spam, booktubers, etc.
I know it feels like you're part of something, a small collective of like minded retards, but it's time you could spend reading or essaying an actual literature discussion. Just keep your teenage antics to yourselves, join a discord or troll reddit faggots. I don't care. Just stop spamming your shit. You don't have to, because /lit/ is a slow board.

I'm thinking about buying a bible and making my way through with a pack of highlighters, I think it would be a good way to truly assess how I feel about the book as a whole. I just don't know exactly what metrics to lay out in the colour code.
I'm thinking something along the lines of:
• Admirable moral(s)
• Objectionable moral(s)
• Relevant today/to me
• Commie gobbledygook
• God was being a cunt here
• Jesus was being a good cunt here
some shit like that. I'm not trying to create some overly anal cross-referencing clusterfuck but I also don't want it to be as simple as "durr red bad, green good". Which categories would you lot go for if you were to do this?

the difference I have between pol/ conspiracy theorists is that they attribute malice to the "international jew" and i attribute stupidity. I think stupidity is more likely explanation for their actions than intentional malevolence.
