i feel that problem may just be that i think too much about whether i'm depressed or not. i have an obsessive personality. i just get sad when i think about how being happy isn't a birthright, and there's no reason why i myself couldn't become depressed. also recently i have been dreaming really heavily, like constant vivid dreams and when i wake up in the morning i never really feel refreshed. i think maybe it's my obsessive personality i should be focusing on tackling, but it's just who i am you know?(another thing that makes me feel depressed, that i cant change who i am)
