Post your routine for maximizing brain health and stimulating intellectual fervor.
For me, it is:
>fasting
>20mg ritalin (2x10mg)
>green tea or energy drinks 3 hours after dosing
I read 6-10 hours a day. Nothing too impressive but I couldn't do it without the ritalin. Fasting was initially just to lose weight but it makes me feel like a god when I start eating after a 7 day fast, and I have found it useful developing to skill to focus even while hungry, which took some time. 1 week fast, 3-4 weeks normal diet, doing this a year and have gotten myself out of a rut. and lost over 30kg (6kg until I am no longer overweight).
