....and fyi OP, you can absolutely transform the unit circle to fulfill your criteria of starting at the top and going clockwise metnally if you were actually any good.

Also, you might want to get help if you're doing multiplication and division in binary. You're seriously losing out on intuition if you aren't working in base ten... and the same can be said for the 360-degree unit circle.
