In fact I can safely say that the difference between who gets to sit on the chair on the top and who remains his subservient slave for the rest of his life lies 80% in the ability to hyperbolically amplify your own image and hype up morale of the team so they elect you to lead them. The only people who'd complain about this are people who do not understand this, and those people will never succeed in life other than some mediocre "career ladder success" of being the bottom bitch for someone else who's also probably far less qualified for his position of CEO than you are for it, but still somehow manages to get the approval of everyone while you're just this quiet weird guy doing his job like a fucking loser.
