Is it possible to increase my IQ ?
I have never tested it but I'm pretty sure I'm retarded, I assume I'll score 60-80 but I'm afraid of taking it to not hurt my feelings.
Some details:
My siblings are smart and succeful but i am A retard.
I'm 18 yo and the youngest and have near 0 self control.

iq can be increased by just taking iq tests, as far as increasing brain performance, working memory, long term memory, cognition then it's pretty simple exercise, 8 hours of sleep and a good diet
