Well one way is to change your stupid beliefs that you actually understand what are your innate abilities and those innate abilities are responsible for your performance in the various subjects. The reason for this is that "a growth mindset" is far more useful in getting good at something than "a fixed mindset" that might even cause anxiety and this anxiety is very detrimental to becoming better at something
