Ok so i don't know if this actually fits in here but can anyone explain to me (or link me something) why i need to add that extra 0 to the LSB of the multiplier when doing Modified Booth Algorithm? Why do i need it and why does it have to be a 0 and not a 1? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!
