The more diverse a society, the less social order. Where do African-Americans originate from? The most ethnically diverse continent on the planet. Diversity is huge in Africa, but it is so difficult to tell African ethnic groups apart due to the color of their skin.

Whites originate from least diverse regions, hence the greater social order.

Basically a few key factors contribute to hijacking the distribution of a given process. Investing inflates the economic value of the wealthy due to them gauging their financial value by ownership of corporate assets, companies or supply chains rather than physical money in a bank or at hand like people who make under 200k do. Meanwhile recidivism inflates crime statistics because individuals are allowed to be counted multiple times if the initial crime they commit isn't severe enough to warrant life sentence first go around. And with each low-level crime they continue to commit they increase the likelihood of being barred out of legal avenues that offer financial stability that gears them away from dependency on illegal acts. Thus are forced to rely more on illegal acts to achieve that stability instead.

In other words a billionaire isn't a billionaire because they physically own a billion dollars in a bank. They are a billionaire because the assets they own are estimated to be valued as such. And the African American community aren't a population with the most crime because they have the highest physical share of criminals. They have the most crime because a smaller sub-population of them are able to commit multiple offenses without life sentences and thus counted multiple times in crime statistics.

tldr: it's a unintentional glitch in a system. The glitch basically manipulates distribution become more asymmetrical.

do you think that latin america and africa are simply brown/black? there are a large variety of tribal and cultural ethnicities within those areas. there are hundreds of ethnic groups within subsaharan africans. just because everyone is black in Nigeria doesn't mean everyone is getting along--the tribal and ethnic group differences run very deep. you need a little more education on the subject

same with peru/bolivia. there is a very palpable tension between natives and the mestizos.
