I have difficulty to understand the things I'm reading, I use spaced repetition but I wonder if theres a technique or something else that allows to increase the "absorbtion rate" of information of the brain.

I usually take around 10mg or so, you will feel absolutely nothing from it except remembering everything you studied on it way more easily later though
