I have credits from 10 institutions. My full transcript, if I'm ever asked for it, would look ridiculous.

I've done classes at 3 different community colleges, all after finishing my under graduate degree. For undergrad I started at a middling school and transferred to a higher end one. Then I went to graduate school and taught undergrads at an very top elite school, and then I later got another graduate degree at a good but not great school.

What struck me is how little the difficulty of the course work or caliber of the students changed. There was an obvious difference, but not the one you would expect between "everyone who wants can come," and 6% acceptance rates for the undergrads. A bunch were not very good.

entirely depends, as long as you stay clear from certain 8th wave intersectional feminist types nobody really cares. this may sound cringe-inducing but amongst my friends, most of whom study PPE, history, and other humanities subjects, words like "based" come up in conversation all the time. fortunately too oxford has a rather large conservative population (note that cambridge is generally seen as the more left wing of the oxbridge institutions), in particular the conservative society is quite famous - iirc, courtney love (ex-girlfriend of kurt cobain) is currently the society's officer for rock and roll.
