Kid only got bad grades because the teacher doesn't give a fuck and randomly assigns grades in k-3. They don't have any objective content to grade on, not because its not available but because they simply don't care enough. Most teachers have very comfortable positions and lives, yet get some meme into their heads that they should be making 120k/yr. Whatever the case, the cause of their exhaustion is always black kids.
As for this dad, he wasn't responsible enough to review homework with his child, nor did he contact the school and attend parent/teacher conferences regarding his daughter's grades. He doesn't care, probably because its a daughter and her intellectual capacity means zero, she just has to be pretty and good at being traditionally feminine. Imagine wasting time teaching a woman that the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. Why would she care, why would she ever use that? Women only need to master the basics of written language and math, so that they can introduce it to children before they attend preschool. Beyond that, it should be men as teachers as children will inherently not respect women.
