Why are the maps for 3D HOMM games so terrible? especially campaign maps
>HOMM3 campaign maps
>tons of paths that connect tons of different zones
>3D HOMM campaign maps
>a few towns and a road that conects the towns, where there are some resources and building along the way
what the fuck? It looks like the 3D maps are 10x smaller than 2D maps, in terms of how many "tiles" there are
