Somewhat relevant, when I was a kid (like 8 or so), I remember finding Ankha kinda cute, then kinda just forgot about her since I never got around to playing any of the follow up games. Then a few months ago a pornographic animation of her made the rounds on the internet, and I couldn't escape her now. She came back from my past, she came back to find me, and she'll never leave me now. The fact that this same animation was made by the same Zone who did those Teen Titans and Jenny porn animations only made me feel even more shocked. I genuinely don't know how to process this.

A game can be considered good in it's own time because it was the only option. If there's no competition the least horrible thing is considered the best.

3D graphics has only gotten acceptable within the last few years.

Pokemon R/B/G and Warcraft 1 has aged poorly.

I'll be getting the DKC games because I don't have a pc joystick and I just can't play the games properly on the phone without real buttons.

Why does castlevania has anime style in certain games? Frankly it looks retarded , the best look is the sc4 or cb , hell, even ooe for ds, the games are decent but the style feels forced and it panders to the weebs it's as if the last of us announced a sequel and all the characters were anime

Not quite AVGN but the Mr. Bucket episode of Board James was pretty good.

I used to watch the Monster Madness for some short'n'sweet reviews of horror movies. But back then they were scripted and edited. Very easy to digest.

But recently he has just gotten fucking lazy. Most things he does are now unscripted crap with his pals. It's too long, too uninteresting, too boring and just plain bad craftsmanship.

There's never coming another AVGN episode. RIP AVGN. You were good once...

Not even close. DKC was more fast-paced and linear (especially DKC1), offering a variety of different challenges. Gex is more open and "exploratory", and just felt sluggish to me, at least from what I played of it.

I feel like Robotnik and Yoshi made more sense anyway, considering they are (at least partially) representative of their respective platform. It seems like it would be easier to sell them regardless of region.
