Moonspeaker here, the Majin Tensei games are great if you like Disgaea-style strategy RPGs and think SMT's world and general aesthetic is cool.
The second part is much better than the first one though, not in the least because of the banging soundtrack:

(That said, the first part did have much better portrait art for the demons, while MT2 simply uses the same low-res sprites as SMT)

I'd love to translate MT2 for you guys because it's one of my top 10 favorite games on the SNES, but I'm too afraid of ATLUS shafting me with lawsuits.

What do you guys think about the original Megami Tensei strategy spin-offs (Another Bible, Majin Tensei I, II and Ronde)? I'm not a big fan of this kind of genre but I really like the series and these games look very interesting.
