If you look at screenshots and see videos Romancia and Xanadu look almost like the same thing. You're walking back and forth in a 2D side scrolling world with brick floors and ladders, like a crude Maze of Gallious. Scorcerian kinda looks like this but has unique assets. Falcom always does this. If you couldn't read jap, and you didn't care about the story, after DS 1 the rest for a while look the same.

What do you mean? Yeah Nazca made a Submarine when back at Irem, but Sacnoth also made a Submarine game for NGPC. Did Sacnoth make Metal Slug 2nd Mission (great game btw)
