The original. I liked the solitary atmosphere found in the first game. Party-based gameplay effectively killed that.

Although I think it's possible to do a solo run of DQ3. I should give that a try.

The hero / heroine from DQ3, maybe. At least in terms of versatility matched with raw potential.

Prince of Cannock.

Because max grinding is fun, and more enemies should logically use healing spells on themselves?

Didn't pursue those games. The plot and setting of V was too linear and had such forced character roles that I didn't care for it. I have no idea how DQ6 pans out though. I may give it another look.
