I don't really know, this is the first time I ever touched a source port and didn't much look into things beyond getting it working. It's based on gzdoom, if it has any alternative HUDs I think they might work.

I'm not sure what those are, but one thing to keep in mind is that you need weapon models for VR, so any wad that has custom weapons will be less then ideal. I think they should work but instead of holding a 3D weapon model you'll just be "holding" a tracked sprite.

That's what Hexen did at least, I could only find weapon models for DOOM/DOOM II and Heretic.

I'm on Rift but yes, it should work. It's running on OpenVR so everything should be right at home on Vive.

I don't think weapon models exist for Hexen, or at least I couldn't find them. I only played the first level as a quick test, the game worked perfectly fine but instead of holding a 3D model you get a floating sprite where your hand is. Aim works perfectly fine though, so the game should be fully playable.

I think I'll jump into DOOM II then, I want to see what the super shotgun is like in VR since I always loved that weapon.
