Yeah, see, most women don't want total strangers to comment on their boobs. I really shouldn't have to explain this in 2015... If you can't see why she'd be self-conscious, then you probably ARE the reason she's self-conscious.

Aside from body image issues, she has a life filled with uncertainty, unfulfillment, near death experiences, lack of any decent female role model, etc. You can't just say "look, boobs!" and invalidate a lifetime of hardship.
