Panel de Pon definitely got fucked pretty hard, I don't even know. I guess most games by Skip (Chibi-Robo, Captain Rainbow, Giftpia, etc) were totally shafted, Chibi-Robo himself barely managed to get his games localized and even the direct sequel never was.
For more /vr/-ish games though, I gueess Sin & Punishment? Maybe Custom Robo? The (Nintendo system) Wars series was totally neglected until the GameCube/GBA era, despite it having a history dating back to the Famicom, but it's now being ignored entirely because it doesn't have sexy swordmen.
