How come we still don't know the name of her english voice actress? I bet she's a total babe.

she's probably somebody that had multiple contracts and didn't want credit so she could still get work or whatever

There's no credits for Dr. Theo or the Beastector guys either. I think it's more that Enix didn't want to, or just didn't care.
The japanese seiyuu for Marina is known at least, because she even released the single CD with the theme song.

Because odds are strong that it was just the Japanese actress again. It's not like she has many lines anyway.

Good point. Now that I think about it, Marina's VA has a somewhat Midwest American accent, doesn't she? Particularly with how she says "Mischief Makers!". I'm listening to a clip compilation on YouTube right now and I can almost swear I've heard that voice in some old anime.

The more I listen to clips of her voice, the more I'm convinced that she is someone who worked in the pre-boom days of American dubbed anime. I've been watching the Trigun dub lately (circa 2000), and she reminds me a lot of Lia Sargent, who played Milly in that series, though its not a perfect match any stretch. And one of the beast guys in MM sounds like Johnny Yong Bosch to my ears, so yeah... the characters probably were voiced by uncredited, non-union VAs who also worked or later would work in anime.
