Now that Mizzurna Falls has been completed, what are your holy grails of untranslated games?

Personally really want to see Hungry Ghosts and Brightis (and not vr but the Yakuza samurai spin-offs)

Instead of waiting for years and years on someone translating this for free why don't you just learn Japanese?

I really want to see any Tokimeki Memorial on PC or 5th gen or higher. Unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone's interested and if it does happen it'll be the SNES game.
>>7869493
Eh, I play some games in Japanese that I'd still like to see translated. It feels nice to be able to turn your brain off by playing in your native language. For ESLs I can understand not caring about English translations. I hope someday I can hack and translate a game I like. But my jap will probably never be good enough, I'd probably keep it to myself for personal use.

Is that reverse psychology where telling you to learn japanese makes you not want to learn japanese? If I asked you not to would that make you want to do it?
In that case please don't ever leave 4chan and please, please don't stop posting.

The hacker picked one of the very best J2E translators there. He did Asuza for PC-98, along with a great cultural companion to explain all the in-game references. I'm glad it's him on the project.

I hope we'll hear from DDS and Tom too. Tokimeki Memorial in english would be awesome.

The voice of the characters is always lost in English to an extent, so I find it nice to read the original even when the translation is already top notch. You aren't missing much, but I think it's worth it. I've been slowly going through and grabbing the jp versions of every translated game I have.

I've been trying on and off to make sense of the game files for Hungry Ghosts, so that if any translators turned up for the project the coding part would be ready. Thankfully it's just a simple matter of replacing the text strings, but figuring out how to do that without breaking the rest of the game is not easy.
