I think people have caught on to what you’re doing, it’s funny watching you make them seethe though. That being said, the GameBoy Player is cool, but unless you have the expensive controller that Hori made for it, I wouldn’t bother. It just feels unnatural to play GameBoy games with a control stick or with that tiny GameCube d-pad. I’d stick with the Super GameBoy personally.

Thanks for that dude, I was working out something to replace my lost boot-disc for the Gameboyplayer. Back then I couldn't find anything except swiss wich requred a otion to access a SD card which I had not. Ended in buying a second GameBoy-Player since it was cheaper than a single disc.

It's GBA hardware inside, just like there's GB hardware in the Super Gameboy. The official software is crap though, use GBI.

Good in that you can play more games i.e. GBA and GBC games. Cons are:
> price for the disc is expensive
>GC controller is a bit clunky sometimes, I wanted to kill myself in the hero’s cave in Oracle of Ages
>lacks the SGB borders and custom colours, although it does multiple palettes for GB games
Overall it works pretty well if you want a way to play GB, GBC and GBA all on a TV console
