There was a third Panzer Dragoon game released on the Xbox called Panzer Dragoon Orta, and remakes of the first two games that were released earlier this year.

Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force III, Magic Knight Rayearth and The House of the dead were the last four Sega Saturn games released in the North American market for the Sega Saturn. Not a bad way to go out, with some of the best JRPG's on the console.

Image in OP is a US gaming magazine print ad for the game. Sega was making fun of the fact that Panzer Dragoon Saga was released in short supply, making the game hard to find. But you can cut out that mask and pretend to be the main protag ob the game, instead.

House of the Dead wasn't the greatest of Saturn ports. It plays OK though. Panzer Dragoon Saga is one of the best RPG's released on the US market. Shining Force III also gets a lot of praise. I have never played it. But I loved Shining Force I and II and the Sega CD GameGear remakes. Magic Knight Rayearth was announced in 1995. it was going to be released in 1996, but kept getting delayed. Working Designs apparently had to rebuild the game engine from scratch, for some reason, This was also the last Saturn game to get a North American release. The port gets the typical Working Designs criticisms and praise too. All three of those RPG's are highly sought after too, due to their limited releases.

Also, Magic Knight Rayearth, looks like a cross between Link to the Past and Secret of Mana with animu girl cutscenes dubbed by WD.
