the main thing that filters people from her is that she makes for horrible background noise.
i find a similar point is made about dubbed vs subbed anime: a lot of good anime have no dubs, but having dubs generally means you can multitask with work or something while still having a decent grasp of the plot. that's probably a bit much for a comparison, but it works for me
