This is a problem with Council and will be for future gens as well. Myth had to bond together as pioneers in an uncharted land to make EN a success. Conquering hardships together creates friendships. Council were given a silver spoon so the opportunities to get to intimately know your genmates doesn't crop up - they're just kinda "there".
