The reality of a new technology going through adoption.
The more it is adopted, and the more the group changes from the early innovators.
Hololive has some of the normie crowd called the early majority.
That's why they get those big numbers and the early fans dislike their content which is made for the bigger group.

There are only 2 options I can think of to prevent the corruption of a fan base.
The usual one is to leave the corrupted thing to die and start something new over and over again, just like what this thread is currently doing by replacing other dead threads.

The other one is to create more private and better controlled groups.
In the era before internet private societies thrived on this, as they used a form of filtering system to only let those they recognized as similar in.
Currently the best alternative to this is some Discord groups.
When twitter is a better source of information than 4chan you know something went wrong here.

We've reached stage 7. The purpose of this thread matters less and less and has become an excuse for hooking up on zomboid and endless gay roleplay using the fanbases as a way to avatarfag. Instead of being a fuel for discussion, the liver streams are increasingly become an excuse to fuel offtopic discussion. The once wide gap between oldfags and raiders has shrunk as the community diverged from its intended purpose. Any discussion of issues as the writings reveal themselves on the wall is now disregarded as shitposting by a post-ironic audience who would rather stick their heads in the sand than care enough to understand why livers are starting to leave.

This janitor and the autistic parasite caused a jump closer to the final phases before the death of this thread.
This intolerance from weakness and a power hungry mindset was what initially caused the move from /jp/ to here as it had a lower percentage of autism and more open people.

Going to /jp/ would only serve as a temporary solution and cause the same result quickly because it didn't change.
It's sad to see the same dynamics being repeated while 4chan keeps rotting and becoming worse with time.
It was to be expected with an owner known for selling his services to government manipulation and keeping mods in irc who should be in a mental hospital.

The best solution would be for 4chan to die and be replaced by a newer and healthier solution, or to create a replacement outside of their control using the latest innovations in AI, blockchain and automation, but this will take some time.
