i really think, by language, if Hololive really wanted to do another region, they should pick on of these three:

1: Germany. german is spoken in about 4 different high-money states, with spare time on their hands. a very small branch of 3 passionate girls to start would be good.
esp. if each of them was also JP or EN proficient.

2. Espanol. spanish is a fucking giganaut language, though the money and culture would draw small SC and lots on menhera fans.
however, if they drew their talent from Puerto Rico, USA-ES, and Chile, they'd probably do some good.
problem: holy shit drama would be constant wit them.
the R34 would also be off the charts, and YES, i say that even looking at now-levels.

by population and odd culture alone. however, i know little of how Niji IN fared, and from what i recall, they shut down.
you could probably get some USA-Desi to be the branch better than actual girls in India.

The managers all use their special keys to unlock a button locked behind a glass panel. A-Chan has the final key, and so she lifts up the glass, the big red button staring them right in the face. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of innocent people get caught in the crossfire, but the stream is taken down successfully. Rushia was extracted from the area and imprisoned in their headquarters.

The tragedy was so catastrophic that it didn't take long for the government to catch on as to who was the culprit. But they were powerless to do anything. Hololive decided to turn their company into a country of its own, and under the threat of total extermination from their most powerful talents, not only the other vtubing companies, but the government itself, were forced to bend the knee and willingly give them the glorious land of Nipon. HoloX controlled any leaks of rrats on the internet, and Ina hypnotized the masses into forgetting what they had already seen. The few in the resistance were either hunted down by their ground assault talents such as Gura, Roboco and Ayame, but larger areas of resistance got the Phoenix nuclear option.

All hope seemed lost, until someone made a call...
