Artia (en) had a very unique voice, perfect for being a gremlin but not good in more "conventional" aspects. i have no comment on her CN voice, i'm an EOP and never watched her CN stuff
gura definitely has the best (en) voice overall; it's soothing, smooth, and the most erotic since it's so childlike.
Miko has the best JP voice, very erotic because it's also very childlike. Rushia's was very nice too, probably my second favorite JP voice after miko.
