Surely she realizes, if her income is low right now, it's only going to get worse in the future.

I hope at least it's work related to her personal projects and her birthday, there's a bit of a backlog regarding the former. I remember her talking about how she thought it was a bit brutal that her birthday overlapped with the AR concert but now that the latter is gone hopefully she has the time to do more for her birthday and other personal projects.
