considering polka's last life was with a pretty shitty vtuber company, there's merit to polka's trust in hololive. Hololive's middle management is an issue, but it's incompetence, not corruption. They're overly restrictive while being lazy. The japanese are worried about change, so when someone tries to do something new they gotta make sure it doesn't negatively affect the company as a whole, which stagnates content.
