Reminder that in the original stream when she let slip she had been to the doctor and gotten bad news she also mentioned she would be O.K and implied it was something annoying to deal with but nothing to panic about.
I will admit the followup about going to the doctor right before the hiatus announcement is ripe for doomposting but from everything we know and how the other talents are acting, she clearly is not dying of some terminal disease.

It is probably IBS or something like that and a side helping of depression/burnout (yes she can still burnout despite barely any streams)
She decided to bite the bullet on a full hiatus with covers blessing over the holidays and beyond so she could enjoy it with family and hopefully come back rested, that is literally it.

That doesn't sound like her being unable to stream because she is debilitated, it sounds like a preventative measure to look after both her physical and mental health.

I don't know why I typed this all out other than to say, she doesn't want to tell us because it is embarrassing or delves into her mental health situation, and people should care less about the fact she doesn't want to tell us for the reasons in my post.
