some of the advice people are giving is stuff that is very difficult to do in vroid, with the male model at least.
the models are neotenic as hell and the morphs aren't flexible enough on the face
the nose is by far the biggest issue you'll run into, it's the centerpiece of the face but vroid can not make decent noses while also having the eyes in the proper place
I ran into this issue when experimenting on making elderly looking characters for funsies, pretty much everything has flaws that need to be covered up with either facial-hair texturing like mutton chops along the funky jaw line from 'squaring up' or straight up hiding portions with hair, and at that point it likely wouldn't look like what you want

the female base is easy as hell to make things look good in compared to the male base
